The Georg-Fahrbach-Weg is a long-distance hiking trail of the Swabian Alb Association , which was inaugurated on April 9, 1978, in honor of Georg Fahrbach (1903–1976), who was chairman of the Swabian Alb Association for many years (1939 to 1973 ).

The approximately 123 kilometer long Georg-Fahrbach-Weg leads in the style of his life from the place of birth Criesbach in Hohenlohe via Sattelhof, Niedernhall , Hermersberg, Kupfertal , Wohlmuthausen, Salltal, Haberhof, Weinsbach, Öhringen , Hoffeld, Buchhorn, Geddelsbach, Oberheim, Steinknickle, Hasenhof, Wüstenrot , Gieshof-Spiegelberg, Juxkopf , Jux , beech oak, Sulzbach an der Murr , Eschelhof , Trailhof, Hörschhof, Gallenhof , Waldenweiler, Althütte , Lutzenberg, Kallenberg, Königsbronnhof, Stöckenhof, Bürg, Birkmannsweiler , Großer Roßberg, Buoch, Kreuzeiche, Kleinheppach, Endersbach , Seemühle, Stetten-Kernen and Rotenberg to Stuttgart- Uhlbach .

Continuous marking is a red crossbar on a white background, with the text "GFW" in black below the bar, according to the scheme of the main hiking trails of the Swabian Alb Association.
