final
Ronnie O'Sullivan won his third Main Tour title a few months ago and was in a final for the second time of the season. For the Canadian Robidoux it was the first and only final in a world ranking tournament in his career. Although he was able to make the match evenly at the beginning, in the second half of the first session, despite the highest tournament break of 145 points, he could not prevent the Englishman from going into the break with a 5: 3 lead. In the evening O'Sullivan was able to extend the lead to 4 frames before Robidoux started a series and equalized to 7: 7. Then it was the Englishman's turn again and won the next contested frame and made the victory perfect with a century break in the 16th frame.
