history

Foundation, first publications and debut album

Founding members Nicholas Matthews, Johnny Braddock, Bradley Iverson and Warren Wilcock played in several different bands before the group formed in 2008. A few months after the band was founded, the group released the EP Cheap Tricks and Theatrics on their own in 2009 . The included single If Only She Knew Voodoo Like I Do developed into a hit on the Internet, which made the Universal Motown record company aware of the band.

In the summer of 2010, the group was as the opening act for Black Veil Brides on from Hot Topic oriented Ceremony Tour to advertise for the group music. In 2011 the release of the debut album Best Kind of Mess , which contains newly recorded versions of the songs If Only She Know Voodoo Like I Do and Setting Yourself Up for Sarcasm , which are called Voodoo and Sarcasm on the album . After that, the group toured extensively through North America . Worth mentioning were the first part of the Dead Masquerade Tour as the opening act for Escape the Fate and Motionless in White , which took place between January and March 2011, and a support tour for Aiden , Eyes Set to Kill and Vampires Everywhere! immediately afterwards.

Label change and Everyone's Out to Get Me

After Universal Motown had to close its doors, the group was initially without a record company. Singer Nicholas Matthews also announced that he is leaving the group to explore further career opportunities in the music industry. So the group was forced to look for a new lead singer. This could be found, but initially remained unknown. It wasn't until a few months later that it was announced that Joel Faviere was taking on Matthew's role as lead singer.

However, Faviere was only heard on the EP Build for Blame, Laced with Shame . He was then replaced by Nicholas Matthews, who was re-admitted to the band. On June 5, 2013, the group was signed by Fearless Records . On June 21, 2013, the song At My Worst was released on YouTube . The song For You was released a little later . On September 18, 2013 it was announced that the new album is called Everyone's Out to Get Me and will be released in November. On November 11, 2013 the album was officially released. It debuted at number 172 in the US album charts .

Early 2014, the group coverte the piece My Own Worst Enemy by Lit , which on the Punk Goes 90's Vol. 2 was released. The band spent the summer of 2014 on the entire Warped Tour .
