Ghaleb Moussa Abdalla Bader
Ghaleb Moussa Abdalla Bader (born July 22, 1951 in Khirbeh , Jordan ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman and diplomat of the Holy See .
Life
Ghaleb Moussa Abdalla Bader was ordained a priest on June 13, 1975 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Archbishop of Algiers on May 24, 2008 . The Patriarch of Jerusalem , Fouad Twal , ordained him episcopal on July 17th of that year ; Co-consecrators were Henri Teissier , Archbishop Emeritus of Algiers, and Michel Sabbah , Emeritus Patriarch of Jerusalem. As a motto he chose Confirma fratres tuos .
On May 23, 2015, he was appointed Titular Archbishop of Mathara in Numidia and Apostolic Nuncio in Pakistan by Pope Francis . On August 24, Pope Francis appointed him Apostolic Nuncio in the Dominican Republic and Apostolic Delegate in Puerto Rico .
