Gilles Lellouche (born July 5, 1972 in Caen , France ) is a French actor , film director and screenwriter .

biography

Gilles Lellouche is the younger brother of the French comedian Philippe Lellouche . He studied acting at the private Parisian drama school Cours Florent . After minor roles in short films and appearances as an extra, he made his screen debut in the comedy Mad About Her as Gilles , staged by Jérôme Cornuau , alongside Ophélie Winter , Jean-Marc Barr and Raquel Welch .

Lellouche established himself as an actor and made films such as Anthony Zimmer , No Death Word and Adèle and the Pharaoh's Secret . After writing and directing several short films, he made his first feature film, The Wonderful World of Gustave Klopp, together with Tristan Aurouet in 2004 .

From 2002 to 2013 Lellouche was in a relationship with the French actress Mélanie Doutey , with whom he has a child.
