Gints Rozenbergs (born April 23, 1983 in Alūksne ) is a former Latvian biathlete .

Gints Rozenberg's student and sports soldier from Aluksne has been running biathlon since 1991. Since 2004, the athlete from BK Aluksnes Juniors, trained by Intars Berkulis, has been part of the Latvian national team. Rozenbergs made his first international appearance in 2002 at the European Junior Championships in Kontiolahti , where he was tenth in the individual. This was followed since the 2002/03 season in the Junior European Cup. In 2003 the Latvian started again in international junior championships. At the World Championships in Kościelisko he reached the 23rd place in the individual, at the EM in Forni Avoltri was 29th in the pursuit best result. In the following year he also competed in both competitions. The best result of the World Championships in Haute-Maurienne was 33rd place in the individual, at the EM in Minsk a 14th place in the sprint was the best result. The last competition in the junior area was the world championship in summer biathlon in Osrblie , ranking 38th in the sprint, 33rd in the pursuit and eighth place in the relay.

The first time Rozenbergs were used in the men's division was the 2004 military World Cup in Osrblie , which, however, did not bring any results worth mentioning. The first appearances in the Biathlon European Cup followed in 2004 . The best result in the racing series so far is a ninth place in a 2006 sprint in Gurnigel . Towards the end of the 2004/05 season , the Latvian started in a sprint race in Pokljuka for the first time in the biathlon World Cup and was 71. Rozenbergs achieved his best result in 2007 as 66th in a sprint in Pokljuka. A little later he entered the Biathlon World Championships in Antholz 2007 and was 101st in the sprint. In the summer he also took part in the World Championships in Summer Biathlon 2007 in Otepää and was 17th in the sprint, 13th in the mass start and fifth in the mixed relay with Madara Līduma , Gerda Krūmiņa and Kristaps Lībietis .
