Golden Sparrow 2016
The 24th German Children's Media Festival “ Goldener Spatz ” took place from June 5th to 11th, 2016 in Gera and Erfurt . The SPiXEL prizes were awarded on June 7th in Gera, the other prizes on June 10th in Erfurt.
Unlike in previous years, there was no separate “animation” price category.
