description

The 25th German Children's Media Festival Goldener Spatz recorded 17,000 visitors.

In the Kino-TV competition, 36 films and television programs were shown in five categories. The international children's jury Kino-TV consisted of 26 girls and boys between the ages of 9 and 13 and awarded the Goldener Spatz in the categories: cinema / television film, information / documentary, series, entertainment and minis. They also honored the best actor.

In addition to the Kino-TV competition, the online jury awarded boys and girls aged 10 to 12 a prize each for the best website / app on the subject of giving children a voice - information / participation / orientation and, on the other hand, the best indie Game4Kids .

"The festival was incredibly eventful and diverse!" Said the new festival director Nicola Jones happily. “Our small and large visitors were able to watch films in 84 film screenings and events, try out future media and exchange ideas with prominent film guests. In addition, the festival was able to score again this year as an industry get-together. "

The final award ceremony, moderated by Thomas Herrmanns, took place on June 16 in the Erfurt Theater.
