Janub Sina ( Arabic محافظة جنوب سيناء, DMG Muḥāfaẓat Ǧanūb Sīnāʾ  , South Sinai Governorate ') is a governorate in Egypt with 102,018 inhabitants and is located in the south of the Sinai Peninsula .

It is bordered to the north by the Shimal Sina Governorate , to the northwest by the As-Suwais Governorate , to the east by the Gulf of Aqaba and to the west by the Gulf of Suez . The administrative center is at-tur .
