Grigoris Moschovakos ( Greek Γρηγόρης Μοσχοβάκος , born December 31, 1978 ) is a former Greek cross-country skier and biathlete .

Grigoris Moschovakos started for EOS Naoussa . He contested his first international cross-country ski race in March 2002 as part of an FIS race in Pilio . Until 2006 he only ran such races and races as part of the Balkan or Alpine Cup . The best result was a second place in 2006 in a freestyle sprint in the Balkan Cup behind Lefteris Fafalis in Pigadia . The following year he took part in the Nordic World Ski Championships 2007 in Sapporo and was 69th in the classic sprint, with Fafalis 18th in the freestyle team sprint and did not finish the 15-kilometer classic. In 2008 Moschovakos was in Metsovo behind Lefteris Fafalis Greek runner-up in the sprint. He contested his last cross-country race in summer 2009 on roller skis .

Almost simultaneously with cross-country skiing, Moschovakos also competed in his first international biathlon races. In Windischgarsten he qualified in the 2002/03 season in his first race in the European Cup as 54th of a sprint for the pursuit race, which he finished 52nd. In the further course of the season he achieved his best result in the racing series with 32nd place in a sprint in Gurnigel and thus only missed a point win by two places. In the same season , the Greek competed in a sprint race in Ruhpolding , his first race in the Biathlon World Cup , which he finished 104th. In Antholz he achieved his best result in the World Cup with 91st place in his next World Cup race, an individual. The first international championship in biathlon was the 2003 European biathlon championships in Forni Avoltri , in which Moschovakos was able to qualify as 60th as the last for the pursuit race, which he did not contest as well as the individual. At the following Biathlon World Championships in 2003 in Khanty-Mansiysk , he finished 91st in the individual and did not finish his sprint race. He did not finish the sprint in Oberhof the following year either, in the singles Moschovakos came in 109th. The last international championship was the Biathlon World Championships in 2005 in Hochfilzen . The single he finished as the 107th, in the sprint he was 106.
