Gro Swantje Kohlhof

Gro Swantje Kohlhof (* 2. September 1994 in Hamburg ) is a German actress .

Life

Kohlhof already appeared in Hamburg theaters during her school days. After graduating from high school in 2012 at the Emilie-Wüstenfeld-Gymnasium in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel, studied acting at the Berlin University of the Arts from 2014 to 2018 .

She made her film debut in 2010 in Urs Egger's TV film Wolfsfährte . She was best known for her lead role in the Tatort episode Die Wiederkehr (2015), directed by Florian Baxmeyer . In January 2016 she was seen again in a crime scene episode: in Rebecca she plays a traumatized kidnapping victim.

Gro Swantje Kohlhof has been a permanent member of the Münchner Kammerspiele ensemble since January 2018 .
