Guilherme (born May 21, 1991 in Três Rios ; full name Guilherme Costa Marques ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Guilherme played in the youth department of Paraíba do Sul and moved to the Portuguese club Sporting Braga in 2009 . Here he was employed in the youth department for a year and was then part of the professional team. For this he played in five league games until 2014 and was otherwise loaned out to other clubs most of the time. Among other things, he spent the period from 2013 to 2015 as a loan player at the Polish club Legia Warsaw . He signed Guilherme at the end of the loan period and kept him under contract until the beginning of 2018.

He then moved to the Italian second division club Benevento Calcio . He used it for half a season and loaned it to the Turkish first division club Yeni Malatyaspor for the 2018/19 season . By the 2019/20 winter transfer window, Guilherme had played 61 competitive games, 48 ​​of them in the Süper Lig , nine in the Turkish Cup Ziraat Türkiye Kupası and four in qualifying for the UEFA Europa League . For the 2019/20 transfer window, Guilherme moved on loan to Trabzonspor, where he signed a contract until summer 2021.
