The HK Kryschynka Kompanjon Kiev ( Ukrainian Крижинка Компаньйон Київ ) is a Ukrainian ice hockey club from Kiev , which was founded in 2000 and has participated in the Ukrainian ice hockey league since 2015 . The club plays its home games in the ATEK sports palace, which can seat 400 spectators.

Team squad for the 2012/13 season

The club was founded in 2000 as HK Kiev. In 2006 he was renamed HK Kompanion Kiev and immediately started playing in the Ukrainian ice hockey league. In the following year, the company was renamed Kompanjon-UPB. During the 2009/10 season, the club did not operate a men's team due to insufficient funding and concentrated on the youth work. This was followed by the renaming to Kompanjon- Naftohas . In the 2010/11 season they finished third. In the first season of the newly founded Professional Hockey League , which took over the previous league, the club took fourth place in the league in the 2011/12 season and was eliminated in the semi-finals of the playoffs. In 2014 the team from the capital became Ukrainian champions for the first time . The following year she decided not to take part because of the war . In the following season they could not build on their old successes.
