Halloweentown 4 - The Witches College (Original title: Return to Halloweentown ) is an American fantasy comedy film from 2006 and the third sequel to the comedy Halloween Town - My Grandma is a Witch from 1998. Directed by David Jackson ; the script was written by Max Enscoe , Annie DeYoung , Juliet Giglio and Keith Giglio .

Marnie Piper and her brother Dylan attend Halloweentown University , also known as Witch University . However, the curriculum includes English studies and history instead of witchcraft. Marnie learns that the lesson plan has been changed after she opened a gateway between the fantasy world and the normal world.
Marnie finds and opens a box, the contents of which, an amulet, gives power over other people and once belonged to Splendora Cromwell . The amulet is made by Dr. Stolen Goodwyn, who is fought by Marnie, Dylan, and Gwen Cromwell.
Reviews
Kevin Carr wrote on www.7mpictures.com that the film was better than the previous two sequels to the original film. Sara Paxton embodies the main character with more maturity than her predecessor in the earlier parts of the series.
Cinema magazine wrote that Sara Paxton was "beating her way through the weak ' Harry Potter ' variant" .
Awards
The film was nominated for an Emmy in 2007 for Outstanding Art Direction for a Miniseries or Movie ; besides, he was production designer for the 2007 Excellence in Production Design Award of the Art Directors Guild nomination.
