Hallvard Eika (born December 5, 1920 in Canada ; † May 17, 1989 ) was a Norwegian politician from the left-wing liberal Venstre (V), who was chairman of the Norwegian Farmers' Union (Norges Bondelag) from 1955 to 1966 and was a member of the Storting for eight years . Eika, son of the farmer Kittil H.
