Hamidou Traoré (born October 7, 1996 in Bamako ) is a Malian football player .

Career

Traoré began with club football in the youth department of Club Olympique de Bamako . In 2013 he was accepted into the professional squad here.

In spring 2015 he was signed by the Turkish second division side Elazığspor . For the 2017/17 season, he and his teammate Çağlar Şahin Akbaba moved to the first division club Kardemir Karabükspor .

National team

Traoré took part with the Malian U-20 national team in the U-20 World Cup in 2013 and was eliminated from the tournament with his club in the group stage.

In 2013 he also started playing for the Malian national team.
