Hani ( Zaza Hêni ) is a city in the district of the same name in the Turkish province of Diyarbakır and at the same time a district of the Büyükşehir belediyesi Diyarbakır (metropolitan municipality / metropolitan province ) created in 1993 . Hani is located in the north of the province and borders the Bingöl and Elazığ provinces . The Bucak Hani was split off from the Lice district in 1958 and from then on formed its own district. According to the city logo, Hani had already received the status of a Belediye (municipality) in 1878 .
