Hans Dieter Mairinger
Hans Dieter Mairinger (born April 12, 1943 in Linz ) is an Austrian sociologist , pedagogue , author and translator who grew up in St. Georgen an der Gusen and lives there .
Life and literary creation
Hans Dieter Mairinger attended the Episcopal Teacher Training Institute in Linz and was a compulsory school teacher at several schools in the Perg district ( Perg , Münzbach , Pergkirchen , St. Georgen an der Gusen ). He studied sociology at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. After receiving his doctorate, he worked as a sociology professor at the Pedagogical Academy .
He began publishing texts in literary magazines ( Die Rampe , Facetten) and in 1976 published his first book with texts with dialect texts in Upper Austrian dialect. The focus was on lyrical , prosaic and dramatic texts. In addition, satires , poems , short prose and dramatic texts in High German appeared .
In close collaboration with composers such as Fridolin Dallinger , Balduin Sulzer , Werner Brüggemann , Alfred Hochedlinger or Franz Moser , numerous texts, mostly published, for songs , masses , cantatas , children's musicals , etc.
Mairinger also dealt with the translation of texts into the Upper Austrian dialect (including works by Wilhelm Busch such as Max and Moritz , Plisch and Plum and Hans Huckebein or The Little Prince (2002) by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry).
Mairinger's publications are repeated in newspapers , anthologies , and literary magazines . Mairinger also writes texts for radio and television and is invited to readings at home and abroad.
