Hans Reichle

Hans Reichle (* approx. 1565–70 in Schongau ; † March 22 – August 27, 1642 in Brixen ) was a South German and Tyrolean sculptor and architect . His father was the sculptor Paul Reichle. He was a student of Giambologna in Florence between 1588 and 1595, where he was called "Anzireccelle". In a list of assistants from 1591 he was named Giovanni Tedesco in the first place. In 1586 he was in the workshop of Hubert Gerhard in Munich. For a long time he ran a sculpture workshop in Brixen. He married Emma Mulletin from Brixen and lived in Brixen from 1607, where he also worked as an engineer and architect.
