The house, registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located south of Quedlinburg's old town, on the northern side of the Harzweg.
Architecture and history
The two-storey villa dates from the early days . The facade of the representative building shows forms of the Renaissance , Baroque and Classicism , the floor plan is lavishly designed. In 1900, master mason Emil Timpe converted the house into its present form.
There is a wrought iron property fence. The garden of the property has an old plant population.
