Heino von Bischoffshausen

Heino (Heinrich) Edwin Mordian von Bischoffshausen (born November 26, 1855 in Witzenhausen , † February 25, 1933 in Breslau ) was a German administrative officer and member of the state parliament .

Life

Heino von Bischoffshausen was the son of the secret government councilor to Berge, William Mordian Arthur von Bischoffshausen and his wife Dorothea Elisabeth, née Osterheld. He attended grammar school in Kassel and then the Kneiphöfisches grammar school in Königsberg, where he graduated from high school in 1875. He then studied law in the winter semester of 1875/76 at the University of Leipzig . From 1876 to 1877 he studied at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . In 1876 he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Göttingen . In the winter semester of 1877/78 he studied at the University of Giessen and passed the first state examination in Celle on June 14, 1878.

After completing his studies, he completed his legal clerkship and passed the second state examination on April 12, 1884. On May 20, 1884 he became a court assessor at the public prosecutor's office at Regional Court II in Berlin. The following year he was transferred to the government in Stralsund. In 1887 he was transferred to the Gumbinnen government, where he became a second member of the district committee for life and legal advisor to the Imperial Post Office Directorate.

In the Prussian civil service he was appointed government councilor on January 20, 1890. In the same year he received an appointment to the Reich Insurance Office , where he was appointed Imperial Councilor in 1891.

On July 5, 1892, he married Helene von Eickstedt in Silberkopf (born January 23, 1858 in Waissack , † December 23, 1959 in Hagnau ).

In 1895 von Bischoffshausen returned to the Prussian civil service and became district administrator of the district of Witzenhausen . In 1917 he said goodbye and since then has lived alternately in Witzenhausen and Silberkopf near Ratibor . He was a co-owner of the Fideikommiss Bischoffshausen and Berge. His wife was Helene born. Baroness of Eickstedt.

From 1899 to 1901 he was a member of the municipal council of Kassel for the district of Witzenhausen .
