The Heinrichstein nature reserve is located in the Saale-Orla district in Thuringia . It extends northeast of the core town of Bad Lobenstein on the western bank of the Saale and west of the Bleilochtalsperre . The state road L 1095 runs west of the area and the B 90 south .
