Heliopolis Open

The Heliopolis Open was a squash tournament for men and women in Cairo , Egypt .

The men's tournament was launched in 1994. It belonged to the next higher category year after year before it achieved its highest rating status in 1998 as a category 5 star tournament . From 2001 to 2004 and again in 2008 and 2009, the men's competition was not held. The women's competition was held for the first time in 1995 and without interruption until 2003. The last events to date took place in 2009 and 2010.

Ahmed Barada and Wael El Hindi managed to win the men's title more than once. In the women's category, Michelle Martin is the record winner with four titles.
