Henrik Harlaut (born August 14, 1991 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish freestyle skier . He starts in the disciplines of slopestyle and big air .
Career
Harlaut has been participating in AFP World Tour competitions since 2008 . He won in the 2008/09 season in slopestyle at the Aspen / Snowmass Open and at the European Freeski Open in Laax . He took third place on the Winter Dew Tour in Breckenridge . He finished the season in second place in the AFP World Tour Slopestyle Ranking . At the beginning of the 2009/10 season he finished third at the New Zealand Freeski Open in Cardrona . This was followed by a victory at the big air event freestyle.berlin . In the 2010/11 season he won Big Air at freestyle.ch in Zurich and came third at the Relentless Freeze Festival in London and second at the AFP World Tour Final in Whistler . He finished second in the AFP World Tour Big Air ranking.
At the beginning of the 2012/13 season, Harlaut made his debut in the Freestyle Skiing World Cup in Ushuaia and won second place in the Slopestyle. In the further course of the season he won Big Air at the Relentless Freeze Festival in London and took third place in Slopestyle and Big Air at the Winter Dew Tour in Breckenridge and in Big Air at the AFP World Tour Final in Whistler and at the Jon Olsson Invitational in Are second place. In January 2013 he won silver in slopestyle and gold in big air at the Winter X Games 2013 in Aspen . In the big air final he was the first skier to stand a nose butter triple cork 1620 . At the Freestyle Skiing World Championships in Oslo in 2013 he came in 53rd place in slopestyle. He finished the season in third place in the AFP World Tour overall ranking and in first place in the AFP World Tour Big Air ranking. At the beginning of the 2013/14 season he won third place in slopestyle at the New Zealand Freeski Open in Cardrona . At the Winter X Games 2014 in Aspen , he won the gold medal in Big Air.
The following year Harlaut finished eighth in slopestyle at the 2015 Winter X Games in Aspen . At the Winter X Games 2016 in Aspen , he took tenth place in slopestyle and fourth place in big air. In February 2016, he won the gold medal in big air competition at the X-Games Oslo 2016 in Oslo and won the World Cup in Bokwang took second place in slopestyle. At the beginning of the 2016/17 season, he won his first World Cup victories in the Big Air in El Colorado, Chile, and in Mönchengladbach . He also won the Slopestyle Winter Dew Tour in Breckenridge and came second in Big Air at the World Cup in Québec . In the 2017/18 season, Harlaut won slopestyle at the Winter Dew Tour in Breckenridge and won gold medals in both slopestyle and big air at the 2018 Winter X-Games in Aspen. At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang , he took 17th place in slopestyle. In April 2018 he won the X-Games Norway in Fornebu , she won the silver medal in Big Air. Another big air silver medal was added at the 2019 World Cup in Park City .

The special style of Harlaut is particularly well known. He wears very large pants and jackets and had dreadlocks for several years.
