Herbert Rohde

Herbert Rohde (* 20 July 1885 in Bartenstein in the county Friedland , East Prussia ; † 14. February 1975 in Krefeld ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer, district and provincial government in Gumbinnen (1933-1945).

Life
