Hirschwanger Forst is a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Reichenau an der Rax in the Neunkirchen district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 13 building areas with 5985 m² and 5 gardens on 2748 m² in the cadastral community of Hirschwanger Forst , in 1989/1990 there were 13 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 34 and in 2009/2010 there were 23 buildings on 36 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 5 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 1,658 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 4 hectares and 2,239 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 5 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 1596 hectares. The average soil climate of Hirschwanger Forest is 19 (as of 2010).
