The Honda Lead (internal model code AF01) is a scooter from the Japanese Honda concern. It was built between 1982 and 1992 in Japan for the European market and was sold worldwide as NH50 (with 49 cm³), NH80 (with 79 cm³ displacement), NH125 (with 124 cm³ displacement).

A newer scooter, also known as the Lead, is the Honda SCV100 Lead .

All models have an air-cooled two-stroke engine with CDI ignition and are started using an electric or kick starter. The Honda Lead is filled with regular gasoline and has separate lubrication . The stepless automatic transmission between the centrifugal clutch and the final drive works with V-belts.
