IC 3913 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Coma Berenices the northern sky . It is an estimated 337 million light years from the Milky Way and about 70,000 light years across. The galaxy is considered a member of the Coma galaxy cluster Abell 1656 .

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 4819 , NGC 4827 , NGC 4839 , IC 3900 .

The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on June 25, 1903 .
