IC 4363 is a spiral dwarf galaxy of the Hubble type SBR in the constellation Virgo on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 35 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about> 5,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 5442 , IC 4361 , IC 4364 , IC 4368 .
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on May 30, 1899 .
