IC 4465 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sab? in the constellation Bear Guardian in the northern sky . The object is a so-called edge-on galaxy , i. H. we see them exactly at the edge. It is around 729 million light years from the Milky Way .
IC 4469 was discovered on May 10, 1904 by Royal Harwood Frost .
