The IF Sylvia , short for Idrottsföreningen Sylvia , is a Swedish sports club in Norrköping . The association was founded on May 19, 1922.
Soccer
The first men's team will play again in the second highest Swedish division, the Superettan , in the 2007 season . After a few years in the Superettan, the team was relegated to third-class Division 2 in 2004, but rose again in 2006 to the newly founded Division 1 and then managed direct promotion to the second division. IF Sylvia had left the third soccer club from Norrköping, IK Sleipner , behind. However, the team could not hold in the second division and was relegated directly.
