Ibrahima Mbaye (born November 19, 1994 in Guédiawaye ) is a Senegalese football player .

Career

In 2010, Mbaye moved from Étoile Lusitana to Inter Milan . In 2011 he was nominated for the first time for the squad of the Primavera team. There he made his debut on January 18, 2012 in the game against the Primavera team of AS Varese , Inter won the game 3-1. In 2012 Mbaye won the NextGen Series with the Primavera team , even though he was sent off in the 70th minute in the final against the Ajax Amsterdam youth team . A few weeks later, the Senegalese won the Campionato Primavera with the Primavera team . In the final, the Primavera team from Lazio were beaten 3-2.

In the 2012/13 season Mbaye rose to the pros. He made his debut in qualifying for the UEFA Europa League , in the 2-0 loss to Hajduk Split . He was also on the field in the last sixteen against CFR Cluj . In order to gain more match practice, Mbaye moved to Serie A promoted AS Livorno for the 2013/14 season .

Mbaye has been playing on loan at Bologna FC since January 2015 .
