Mitchell Clement Dijks (born February 9, 1993 in Purmerend ) is a Dutch football player . The defender is under contract with the Italian Serie A club FC Bologna .

He made his Ajax debut on August 5, 2012 against PSV Eindhoven . For the 2013/14 season Dijks moved on loan within the Eredivise to SC Heerenveen . In the 2014/15 season he played for Willem II Tilburg , after which he returned to Ajax Amsterdam. In January 2017 he was loaned to the English second division club Norwich City until the end of the season.

Dijks also played for the Dutch U-21 national team .
