In Germany the title reached number seven in the charts; The song stayed in the top 100 for a total of 17 weeks. In Austria I go in flames only came in at number twelve, but stayed in the charts for 23 weeks. In Switzerland, the song was less successful and only reached number 87 with a two-week chart stay.

criticism

Artur Schulz from laut.de thinks that the song does have some decent moments, but never has this singularity of some of the songs of Rosenstolz, while Armin Linder from plattentests.de writes that the song has a “wonderful piano motif”.
