Ich liebe dich is a love story and a comedy film by director Herbert Selpin from 1938. The literary film adaptation is based on the literary model of a play by the Polish writer Roman Niewiarowicz from the former Austria-Hungary . In the lead role embodies Viktor de Kowa , who had come to this film, the dialogues, the rich Americans Percy, who believes that it is every woman's feet because of its charm.
action
The young and wealthy American Percy, who is absolutely convinced that he can have any woman, spends a vacation in Germany. But of all things, he grabs his teeth from the attractive Eva. In order to finally be alone with her, his dream woman, he uses a ruse: he mixes an anesthetic in her drink and then takes her to his friend Max's house. When she comes to there, he explains to her that he fell madly in love with her. However, he gets a basket from her . Eva, for her part, also uses a ruse, because she actually gave herself into the power of Percy voluntarily, because she noticed that Percy had mixed something in her drink and was thus able to use a clever deception to obtain the prepared drink of hers Sliding the table next to you and only pretending that she is in a frenzy .
Percy, on the other hand, does not know that Eva recognized his game and continues to believe that she is on the winning side. He continues his game by engaging three eerie characters who sneak around the grounds at night to scare Eva and drive her into his arms. Eva, however, now turns the tables and in her pretended intoxication now gives Percy a drink, which she in turn prepared with an anesthetic.
