Iina Kuustonen (born April 18, 1984 in Helsinki ) is a Finnish actress and voice actress .

Life

Iina Kuustonen was born as the daughter of the musician Mikko Kuustonen . Her sister Minka Kuustonen also became an actress. She received acting training at the Helsinki Theater Academy from 2005 , completing her degree in 2011 as a Master of Arts . From 2010 to 2014 she appeared in various productions on the theater stage.

She made her film debut in 2005 in the soccer comedy FC Venus - Soccer is a woman's affair . From 2011 to 2014 she appeared in the Finnish sketch comedy series Comedy Combat / Putous . In 2012 she played the role of Maisa Sinivuo in the television series Helsingin herra , for her performance she was awarded the Golden Venla for best actress . In the hospital series Nurses (2014-2019) she played the role of Iiris Ketola.

In 2017/18 she stood alongside Maximilian Brückner as virologist Thomas Lorenz and Pihla Viitala as her film sister Marita in the role of policewoman Nina Kautsalo for the Finnish-German television series Arctic Circle - The Invisible Death by director Hannu Salonen . In the German version it was dubbed by Vanessa Eckart .

As a voice actress, she lent the Finnish versions of Kung Fu Panda , Kung Fu Panda 2 and Kung Fu Panda 3 , How To Train Your Dragon and How To Train Your Dragon 2 , Ralph Enough and Chaos on the Net , The LEGO Movie and The LEGO Movie 2, the voice .

With the singer, actor and presenter Sebastian Rejman she has two children, a son (* 2016) and a daughter (* 2019).
