Ilse Elsner

Ilse Elsner , b. Künzel (born November 25, 1910 in Berlin , † December 15, 1996 in Hamburg ) was a German economist , journalist and politician ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending middle school and higher commercial school, Elsner initially trained as a foreign language secretary . She took on the night school after the Abitur and then began studying economics in Hamburg, which they with the exam to graduate in economics and in 1936 with the graduation to the Dr. rer pol. completed. After that she had a commercial activity in the private sector until 1943.
