Ilse Peternell (born December 2, 1928 in Götzis ) is an Austrian actress .

Life

The native Vorarlberg had attended elementary and secondary school. Immediately after the end of the war, she received her artistic training at the Vienna Academy for Music and Performing Arts and also enjoyed dance training. Immediately afterwards, the 18-year-old made her film and stage debut. Ilse Peternell already made her screen debut " Wintermelodie ", a love-lust game about a woman between four men created in 1946/47, in which she played the main female role of a skiing master named Blanche Neige (= white snow).

Nevertheless, she was only able to continue her film career at the beginning of the 1950s. Mostly you saw them in simple comedies and historicizing kuk-Schnulzen ( Kaiserwalzer , Der Kongreßtanzt , Kaiserball ) from the hand of the director Franz Antel . Since the early 1960s, Ilse Peternell has been given smaller film roles by her husband, the actor and director Rolf Olsen . In addition, Ilse Peternell worked in television productions.
