Interim Biogeographic Regionalization for Australia

The Interim Biogeographic Regionalization for Australia (translated the provisional biogeographic regionalization of Australia , abbreviated IBRA ) is a biogeographical division of Australia, which was developed by the Australian government agency Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts . This classification is used to set up landscape protection areas on its basis.
