Iron Pegasus Records is a German metal label that was founded in 1998.
history
The label was founded in 1998 by Costa Stoios. In the same year, the first release appeared with a sound carrier by Metalucifer . Stoios, who published the fanzine Tales of the Macabre from 1993 to 1999 , got to know the band through this and now wanted to raise the profile of the Japanese band Metalucifer in Europe in a more direct way . From then on he ran the label on his own, whereupon he stopped working on the fanzine, because on the one hand he felt that it was repeated in the fanzine, on the other hand he didn't want it to appear like an advertising magazine for his label. In the following time further publications by groups like Deströyer 666 , Inquisition , Desaster , Sabbat , Massacre and Poison were published. A webshop is also included on the label website.
