The Italian football championship 1909/10 was the 13th Italian football championship , which was held by the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC).

The Italian football champions were initially determined in a group stage in the 1909/10 season, in which nine teams took part. Each team played twice against each other team. The first and second in the table then played the final of the championship in two legs.
