JYP Entertainment was founded in 1997 by Park Jin-Young .

The sub-label AQ Entertainment was dissolved on December 9, 2013. The managed artists Miss A and Baek A-yeon have been directly managed by JYP Entertainment since then.

J. Tune Entertainment

J. Tune Entertainment was founded by Rain in November 2007 and was a sub-label of JYP Entertainment. The subsidiary J. Tune Camp managed MBLAQ . In November 2013, J. Tune was fully integrated into JYP. Rain left the label and signed with Cube DC .
