Jagoda Gruszczyńska (born February 1, 1995 in Września ) is a Polish beach volleyball player .
Career
At the U18 European Championships in Brno Gruszczyńska won the title with Katarzyna Kociołek . With a final victory against the German Krebs / Wlk they achieved the same success at the U20 tournament in Hartberg . Then the duo took part in the Junior World Championships in Halifax and finished ninth. In 2013, Gruszczyńska / Kociołek won the U21 World Cup in Umag .
From 2013 to 2015 Gruszczyńska played together with Karolina Baran . The two Polish women also took part in the 2015 World Cup in the Netherlands . In 2016 Dorota Strąg was her partner.
In 2017 Gruszczyńska formed a new duo with Kinga Kołosińska . At the first tournaments of the World Tour 2017 in Xiamen , Rio de Janeiro, Moscow and The Hague, Gruszczyńska / Kołosińska came in 17th or 25th place. They took 13th place at the CEV Masters in Baden . They also achieved double-digit results at the major tournaments (five stars) in Poreč and Gstaad before finishing ninth in the top ten for the first time at the four-star tournament in Olsztyn . In the final of the CEV satellite tournament in Larnaka they were defeated by the Romanians Matei / Vaida . At the EM 2017 in Jūrmala , they came second in the group to the knockout phase and with three more victories in the semi-finals, which they lost against the German duo Glenzke / Großner . They lost to Laboreur / Sude in the bronze medal game . Since the end of 2017, Kociołek has formed a new duo with Aleksandra Gromadowska .
