The 1969/70 season was the fourth season of the Japan Ice Hockey League , the highest Japanese ice hockey division . The dieji Eagles became champions for the second time in the club's history . Top scorer with 25 points each went to Takao Hikigi from Master Ōji Eagles and Koji Iwamoto from Seibu Prince Rabbits .
