Jarkko Niemi (born November 3, 1982 in Tampere ) is a Finnish cyclist .

Jarkko Niemi has been active in cycling since the late 1990s. In 1999 he was third in the Finnish junior championship in cyclo-cross racing . In 2011 he was fourth in the overall ranking of the Finnish stage race Pyhäjärvi ajot and fifth in the overall ranking of Säklyän ajot .

In 2012, Jarkko Niemi was Finnish road racing champion and in 2014 in points race .
