Jarrell King Miller (born July 15, 1988 in Brooklyn , New York City ) is an American boxer and current undefeated WBA-NABA and WBO-NABO champion . He is trained by Harry Keit .

Professional career

On July 18, 2009, Miller won his professional debut against Darius Whitson in New York City by technical knockout in round 1. The 1.93 m tall left-wing rigger also decided his next three fights for himself by TKo. In his 5th fight, Miller reached only one draw against his compatriot Joey Dawejko over 4 rounds.

In 2015 Miller beat Damon McCreary (15-4) with a technical knockout in the 2nd round and Akhror Muralimov (16-1) with a classic knockout in the 3rd round.

On January 22, 2016, Miller secured the WBA-NABA title when he defeated Donovan Dennis (12-0) in a 10-round fight in the 7th round by TKo . In the same year he beat Nick Guivas and Fred Kassi prematurely.

In 2017, Miller also stopped Gerald Washington and Mariusz Wach early. At the end of April 2018, he won against the French Johann Duhaupas on points. On October 6 of the same year he beat Tomasz Adamek by classic knockout in round 2 and on November 17, also of the same year, Bogdan Dinu in round 4 by classic knockout

Miller was due to fight for the title against World Champion Anthony Joshua on June 1, 2019 . After a positive doping test on March 20, 2019, he was denied the required license. After another positive test became known, he admitted the doping offense. As early as 2014, he tested positive for methylhexanamine as a kickboxer and was banned for nine months.
