Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik (born January 9, 1992 in Metz ) is a French - Cameroonian football player.

Career

society

Kana-Biyik learned to play football in the youth departments of the AS de Montivilliers, CSS Municipaux Havre and Le Havre AC clubs . In the latter, he was accepted into the professional squad in 2008 and completed 40 league games over the next two years. During this time he rose with his team as the second division champions of the 2007/08 season in Ligue 1 , but missed relegation with this in the first first division season and returned to Ligue 2 . In the summer of 2010 he was signed by the first division club Stade Rennes and played here as a regular for the next four seasons almost continuously. He then moved within Ligue 1 to Toulouse FC .

For the 2016/17 season, the Turkish first division club Kayserispor signed him . After three seasons for the Central Anatolians , he moved to newly promoted and league rivals Gaziantep FK in the summer of 2019 .

National team

Kana-Biyik began his national team career in 2009 with a deployment for the French U-21 national team . After not being considered by the French national teams, he decided to change associations and made his debut for the Cameroonian national team in 2013
