João Paulo Sales de Souza (born March 18, 1988 in Fernandópolis ), also called João Paulo , is a Brazilian football player .

Career

João Paulo signed his first contract in his native town with Fernandópolis FC . About the Brazilian stations América FC (SP) (2009-2010), Marília AC (2010-2011), Fernandópolis FC (2011 and 2013), Cianorte FC (2012), Operário Ferroviário EC (2013), Central Sport Club (2013) , Clube Náutico Marcílio Dias (2013), Mixto EC (2014), Olímpia FC (2014), EC Democrata (2015), Boa EC (2015), Tombense FC (2015), Ríver AC (2016), Rio Claro FC (2016 ), EC São Bento (2016) and Club Blooming (2016), he moved to Asia in 2017 . Here he signed a contract in Thailand with Bangkok FC , a club that played in the country's second division, the Thai League 2 . After the end of the season Bangkok was relegated to the third division and João Paulo left the club. He joined the second division club PTT Rayong FC from Rayong . With Rayong he became champion of the second division in 2018 and thus rose to the first division . After the rise, he left Thailand and went to Vietnam . Here he signed a contract with the first division club Viettel FC , also called Thể Công FC, in Hanoi . After half a year he went back to Thailand. Here he has been under contract with Army United , a second division club from the Thai capital Bangkok , since June 2019 . After the end of 2019 retired Army from gambling activities, he moved in 2020 to also in the second division playing Udon Thani FC to Udon Thani .
