Joachim Richert (born April 11, 1938 in Hamburg ; † March 20, 2007 ) was a German actor and voice actor .

Life

Richert made his debut on West German television in 1966 with a small supporting role in Egon Monk's Prize of Freedom , which was followed by his cinema debut in 1967 with Rolf Olsen's When it comes to night on the Reeperbahn . For the next four decades he was regularly on German television and occasionally in cinema productions, but mainly subscribed to supporting roles. In the crime series Tatort between 1971 and 1982 he was seen in a total of eleven episodes as detective master L Thumb alongside the popular crime scene commissioner Trimmel ( Walter Richter ).

In addition to his work in film and television, Joachim Richert was, above all, a long-time speaker for the radio play label Europa . He lent his voice to well-known radio play series such as TKKG , The Five Friends , Masters of the Universe (Stratos) or The Three Question Marks . As a dubbing actor, he was the German voice for Nick Tate ( Moon Base Alpha 1 ) and Larry Manetti ( Rick in Magnum , ARD dubbing version). Richert died on March 20, 2007 after a long and serious illness.
