Johann Gottlob Trampeli

Johann Gottlob Trampel , from 1759 Trampeli (born November 22, 1742 in Adorf / Vogtl. , † March 18, 1812 there ), was a German organ builder .

Life

He was the son of the organ builder Johann Paul Trampeli (1708–1764) in Adorf. The latter gave itself the more elegant, Italian-sounding name Trampeli from 1759 by adding the letter i . Trampeli took over with his brother Christian Wilhelm Trampeli (1748-1803) after the death of their father his workshop. Trampeli married Sophie Caroline Friederike Martius on January 15, 1787 in Roßbach ( Bohemian Vogtland ) . Johann Gottlob Trampeli is considered the most important of the Trampeli family of organs.
